COMMON REACTION is the debut album from electro-pop duo Uh Huh Her, the L.A.-based musical pair consisting of singer/producer/multi-instrumentalist Camila Grey and musician/actress Leisha Hailey. With this album they have crafted an exciting and seamless modern rock disc. When did actresses all of a sudden get a pass on playing rock star? First Scarlett Johansson, then Zooey Deschanel (with M. Ward), and now The L Word's Leisha Hailey breaks out some downright infectious synth-pop. To be fair, Hailey was a musician first (in the Murmurs); now, collaborating with Camila Grey and borrowing the title of PJ Harvey's 2004 album, she's busting out Killers-style numbers like "Not a Love Song."
